Prepping for the Waldorf/Santabarbara Fairways of Halfmoon wedding, I had to keep in mind Beth and Paul were focused on their families most of all. A second marriage for each, their children and Paul’s grandchildren played a huge role in the festivities.
A morning brunch wedding, Beth and Paul really wanted all of the photos taken before the ceremony. We pulled off a doozie of a shot list, with time to spare! Beautiful harp music by Elizabeth Meriwether Huntley led the processional, as Matthew Psichoulas officiated the ceremony. Paul’s 2 daughters escorted him down the aisle, while 2 of Beth’s sons followed. Paul’s sweet granddaughters came next, taking their role of flower girls very seriously. Both Beth’s mom and dad led their daughter to Paul’s side, with just a few tears shed on the way. Lovely words by Matthew, plus readings by Beth’s sister and Paul’s brother blessed the happy couple.
Such an intimate, poignant wedding with family and close friends in attendance. Jeff and I wish you both years of happiness together, Beth and Paul. Congratulations on becoming Mr. & Mrs. Santabarbara!
